Pigneys Wood, England
Walk contributed by: Ed Louis, Marion Becker and beagles Suzie and Lucy
Walk/trail: Pigneys Wood, Norfolk, England
Location: Off Hall Lane out of Knapton (easy to miss the small car park)
Walk distance: Various paths in a 52-acre local nature reserve
Highlights: One of the North Norfolk walks we like from our base in Mundesley, England. Pigneys Wood is a favourite walk of ours. Relatively short paths through woods and meadows, an easy way to relax and connect with nature. Some rare orchids can be found at the right time of year and the walk can be extended along an old disused canal and railroad bed (part of the Paston Way trail). We rarely run into other people here.
