Bolen Bluff Trail - Florida

Walk/trail: Bolen Bluff Trail
Location: near Gainesville, Florida USA (Micanopy, FL, Directions from Gainesville, FL: Travel south on Interstate 75. Take exit 75 heading east to U.S. Highway 441. Travel north a short distance passing the preserve entrance. Proceed north on US 441 a short distance to a parking lot on the right.)
Walk distance: Bolen Bluff Trail is a 2.6 mile round trip trail.
Highlights: Bolen Bluff trail features a hardwood forest including many Southern live oak trees draped with Spanish moss, a wildlife viewing deck, and an open grassy area (Bolen Bluff) with views of a freshwater marsh, wet prairie, and Alachua Lake.
